IFF (if and only if) deals with the potential effect of individual opinions/intensions on the bigger picture and vice versa. Here the famous 'WAR IS OVER' poster by John and Yoko is appropriated into a poll box. Their statement is turned into a bipolar open-ended situation. And the sense is recontextualised to our times by enacting a plebiscite between the two scenarios.
